A. Over the five + years we've been doing
this, we've never had a single fraulent transaction as a result of a customer
placing an order. When you order from us online, your card details are
processed by WorldPay, and can't be seen by anyone except yourself. The
details are encrypted all the way from your computer, via WorldPay, to
your bank with 128 bit SSL encryption.
When you click though to WorldPay to place an order, (like
when you click a Buy Now button, or when you choose what
you want from our order form and click Place My Order),
before you give any personal details or choose what card type you are
going to pay with, you go into their SSL secure ordering environment.
This Secure Socket's Layer is indicated by the
(s) in the https of the WorldPay website. If you look at the WorldPay
website address when you go to pay, you will see https://select.worldpay.com/wcc/purchase.
Note at the beginning of the address line it says https,
rather than the usual http. It's only safe to order from
anywhere online if you are transferred to an https site
before you put in your card details. The security of the WorldPay ordering
system is also indicated by a padlock at the bottom of your browser window.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) addresses all threats to customer and cardholder data by mandating a very strict set of security controls. Sweet Cures has passed every one of the 214 requirements to be certified as PCI compliant.
If you order from us by phone, we use a Virtual Terminal
provided by The Royal Bank of Scotland through WorldPay to process your
orders, thus achieving Bank Level Security. We don't retain your card
details.
If you order from
us by post, we have an excellent big shredder that cuts your supplied
card details into tiny confetti as soon as your order has been processed.
