Monitor your urine pH, and test for the presence of the things that indicate infection: Leucocytes, which flood to areas of infection or inflammation in the body, Nitrites, (manufactured from Nitrates by bacteria), Blood, (red blood cells indicate inflammation), and Protein, the presence of which can indicate kidney involvement. |
2 x 50g Tubs of Waterfall D-Mannose Powder
The most effective completely natural product for Bladder Health. It makes bacteria so slippy, they can't stick to you, and it quickly calms the bladder. Use the first tub within three and a half days, then most people can gradualy reduce the amount they are taking to about a level teaspoonful before bed, with extra taken around any triggers. Take in tea or warm water, but not cranberry or orange juice. Avoid the ascorbic acid form of Vit. C. |

1 x Pot of 50 Waterfall D-Mannose tablets (1g each). Very handy for when you are out and about. Two of these one-gram tablets is the same as a level teaspoon of the powder. So there are 25 doses in a Pot of 50. Take with a decent drink and try not to urinate for an hour after taking them, same as with the powder version. |
