If for any reason you’re not happy with the item(s) you’ve ordered, you can simply return the item(s) to us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll either exchange or refund it.
If you are returning an item(s) for any other reason than damage which occurred during post/shipping, all items must be returned clean and unopened. Please include your name, address, postcode and method of payment when returning an item(s).
Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to show in your account.
If you’ve purchased from one of our traders or online resellers such as Amazon, you’ll need to return the item(s) back to the store you originally purchased from. If you believe you have been unfairly treated by one of our recommended stores, please contact us directly.
If you have ordered from us and not received a parcel or there are missing products from your order, please contact our customer service team on +4401904-789559 or email us.
Please report missing parcels as soon as possible and within 30 days of the order date. Missing parcels will be replaced as soon as the shipping window deadline has passed and are subject to an enquiry with the selected postal/shipping service.
If you receive an item which has been damaged in the post, please contact us on +4401904-789559 or by email – we will send a replacement. We may request the damaged item(s) to be returned to us, so we can launch an enquiry with the selected postal/shipping service.
We retain the right to request a return of a faulty or damaged item(s), so the products can be inspected.
